Dear Customer,

As part of our commitment to provide you a reliable water supply, we are investing £270,000 to replace
1.8 km of water pipes in Sotherton.

This work includes the replacement of pipes that connect our network to your home and aims to reduce
the number of unplanned interruptions you and other customers may have experienced due to leaks, and
other issues with the older pipework.

Work will start on Monday 29 June 2026 and will take around 12 weeks to complete.
To carry out this essential work safely, we will be closing two roads:
• The Green from Monday 29 June - Monday 21 September 2026
• Kings Lane from Monday 27 July - Monday 21 September 2026
Diversion routes will be clearly signposted and access to homes within this road will always be available.
• This work will start on Monday 29 June 2026
• Typical working hours will be Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 6.30pm
• This work will take 12 weeks to complete
